Did you save the cord blood from your baby?
I would like to although it seems to be very expensive.

- I donated ours.
- No, we didn't. I suppose if you had the money to do so then it could be worthwhile. We didn't.
- im thinking about it but it does seem way to expensive for something you amy not need we are still debating. i hate when companies try to guilt trip new mothers though and pretend like they care about what happens and just charge you outrageous prices.........sigh
- I couldn't afford it, so no.
- I got tons of flyer's in the mail about it all the time.. but no I did not save the cord blood
- I was going too but then I found out there is a storage fee you have to pay annually. I would like too do it too, if it wasn't so expensive.
- Yes...we used Cryo-Cell after looking into all of them. It was the least expensive of all the companies out there and they even gave us a free Baby Bjorn carrier. They had a special deal at the time. It's still not cheap, but we looked at it as a form of insurance. If we need it, it will be there to use. You can't beat the feeling of knowing you have it if you need it. If you can afford it, I think it's worth it. You can view Cryo Cell's current prices here: http://www.cryo-cell.com/current_offers/current_offer.asp
- I donated the cord blood both times. The first time it could have been used either for research or to treat someone else; the second time it was to be used in research.
