How they cut the umbilical Cord before history " In ancient time"?

I'm in need for images about cutting and dealing of the umbilical cord in the era before history, and when the humen start to cut off the cord? Is there any image or paint about this issue?? Is there any record about the cord cutting of Jesus or even in ancient Egypt?

1. Teeth - - - yep, they bit it off, then flint blades were developed and now people go "yuck" when the image of a woman using her incissors to sever the cord is flashed in front of them. Peace.............. o o o p p o o p p o o

They used their teeth until someone thought up the idea of using a sharp object to cut stuff, probably by accident,(if a sharp rock or bone will cut your finger quickly,then it should cut meat too, and wah-la knives are invented).. as for jesus nobody records any minute details of his birth, however according to the mythology of the middle ages ,he didnt have a belly button (navel) so by association wouldnt have had a umbilical cord either ,a couple differnt sagas (song of roland for one)tell of heroes fighting giants ,with basicly the same riddle,the opponent is invincable on every part of his body except one, a place found on every man that ever lived ,save one, which they make to be the navel as Christ was devinely conceived rather than thru the union of a man and woman. just had to throw that in for humors sake .
