Why use stem cells from a fetus than an adult?
I thought that only a fetus had stem cells, but then I found out that everybody has stem cells. Why do they only use stem cells from a fetus when the can use it from fully grown adults? Is there something different from using a fetus stem cells than an adult stem cells?

- Stem cells in an adult are already partially differentiated. They cannot become every cell type. Embryonic stem cells can still become every possible cell type, so they would be much more useful. Edit: No stem cells are ever taken from a fetus. ESC are taken at the twenty cell stage a few days after conception.
- stem cells from a fetus have the capability to become pretty much anything those from an adult don't have that capability
- Fetal stem cell use is immoral. Use any other source that does not involve murder.
