  1. The cat should have already done it , the bit that's left will wither and drop off naturally
  2. you don't leave it it will fall off alone.
  3. The mother cat nips it off and what's left will dry up and come off on its own.
  4. The mom will cut the cord, afterwards there will be just a tiny bit left comming off there belly, then just leave it alone and soon it will fall off[= Good Luck[=
  5. mother cat usually eats it. . . well mine did anyway.
  6. In many somewhat inbred petigreed species of kitty, this issue is make or break time. If you leave it to the mama, she may well damage the umbilical closure on the kitten's bellies by pulling while biting them off. If you trim them with a sharp scissors shorter than 1/4 inch, you may get the same damage result, which easily happens if you pull on the cord stretching it longer than it really is while cutting it! Conversely, if you leave them longer than 3/8 inch, the mama may attack the stub and damage things anyway. As 3 days have gone by, all this may well have already been settled, and mom nature will finish the job. Good luck! Regards, Larry.
  7. Don't touch it, they will dry up and fall off themselves. You could cause infection.
  8. When the cats come out and a few inches away from the navel with some sterile pair of surgical scissors. If you dont wanna do this you should consult your vets and let them help you out.
  9. hi the mom will chew it off so leave well alone after 3 days the rest will drop off just check it after 3 days to make sure it doesnt get infected if it does wipe the area down with luke warm water with a cotton bud or cotton wool
