Can adult stem cells cure people that are paraplegic?

They say that adults also have stem cells in the heart, brain, bone marrow, lungs and other organs.

1. Yes, adults do have stem cells. Currently they can get adult stem cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, cord blood, skin, and maybe a couple others. Every organ has stem cells, its just a matter of the ones we can currently collect. I havent heard anything about actual treatments for paraplegic's, but it is definatly possible.
