Stem cells?

I heard u can do magic with stem cells and kids. Can I take my kids into doctor and have them use stem cells on my two kids to make them smarter? They're already kinda strong for girls so I don't want to make them stronger but I JUST want to make them smarter because frankly they're kinda dumb - is that possible?

2. From what I understand, they kill embryos (undeveloped babies) most of the time, because these are the preferred medium for their accomplishments. If you can sleep at night having this knowledge, more power to you.
3. Why don't you discuss this with your kids pediatrician.
