- Get you Bachelor's in Nursing...you're learning Medicine, getting a good job, making good money, gaining great experience, and it's really one of the better degrees to get before entering medical school...
- There is none. There is no major requirement for medicine, so the best undergrad degree is the one you enjoy most. You have the rest of your life to study everything on that list; spend some time now learning things you won't have a chance to learn again for a long time.
- Whichever of those interests you the most. You'll do better in subjects that fascinate you. Nursing degrees do NOT prepare you for medical school, so steer clear of that (response to another answerer, not your question, obviously) Any of those you listed will serve you well. Physiology is something you'll use every day as a physician, but ti's also something you'll be taught in med school.
- Whatever interests you the most. You do NOT need to major in the sciences to go to medical school; in fact, many medical schools like non-science majors, because they want their students to be "well-rounded." As long as do well in the required core classes (1 year of bio with lab, 1 year of general chem with lab, 1 year of organic chem, 1 year of physics, and 1 year of calculus), and you do well on the MCAT, you can get into medical school with ANY major.
- Any of the above
