Title of professor?

my question is.. if you are apart of a university can you hold two titles at once for example: can you be both professor of molecular biology and internal medicine at the same time or can you hold the title of asciosiate professor in one department and hold the title of full professorship in another department?(concurrently) while also keeping up your clinical work as a practicing medical doctor?
