Consult an OB/GYN.
It depends on where you are...you could talk to your faimily doctor on your next visit...call the hospital and see if they bank cord blood...and if they don't do they know who does then contact that clinic and they'll probably be more than happy to help you out. I know my first prenatal visit I got all kinds of info about what it's used for and how to bank it etc. Good luck

Your ob/gyn should have info, Parenting magazine has done articles about it; it's a pretty high profile subject at this time so you won't have any trouble locating good & reliable information about it.
