1. ...not if you take the stem cells from an animal embryo... saying "human" ES cells just describes where you got the stem cells from you could say rat ES cells...ES cells from rats
2. not necessarily all human embryonic stem cells are embryonic stem cells but dog embyo cells are not human embryonic cells
