When shopping for an umbilical cord, does the race of the donor matter?? Help please!!?

My daughter is going to be a first time mom. Her obgyn has told her to go out and buy an umbilical cord to insert into her uterus so that her baby will have something to feed off of. My daughter and I were going to go out this weekend and shop around for a fresh umbilical cord while the sales are going on. Does the race of the donor matter?? Will the race of the person who is selling the umbilical cord affect the race of my daughters baby?? Help please!!
