For example, bone marrow cells can become red blood cells, white blood cells,.....(generally blood cells). Bone marrow cells cant become brain cells or heart cells. Adult stem cells is used for transplant. For example, a person has hemophilia, he or she can be cured by transplanting healthy bone marrow cells.
